Terms of Use

  • Acceptance of Terms By using CricketAppPlay, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. CricketAppPlay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the application following any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
  • User Content CricketAppPlay may allow you to post, upload, or submit content such as text, images, or other materials ("User Content") to the application. You retain ownership of any User Content you post, but you grant CricketAppPlay a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
  • Copyright Infringement If you believe that any content on CricketAppPlay infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with a notice containing the following information: (i) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (iv) information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted; (v) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which CricketAppPlay is registered.
  • Force Majeure CricketAppPlay shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms of Use due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes or other labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, natural disasters, or the unavailability of network connections or other telecommunications systems.
  • Assignment You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of CricketAppPlay. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this provision shall be null and void. CricketAppPlay may assign or transfer these Terms of Use or any of its rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without restriction.
  • No Waiver The failure of CricketAppPlay to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
  • Entire Agreement These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by CricketAppPlay, constitute the entire agreement between you and CricketAppPlay concerning your use of CricketAppPlay. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and any other CricketAppPlay policies or agreements, these Terms of Use shall control.
  • Virtual Items and Currency CricketAppPlay may include virtual items and currency that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash. You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or other property interest in any virtual items or currency, and that CricketAppPlay has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate such virtual items and currency as it sees fit in its sole discretion.
  • Feedback and Suggestions We welcome your feedback and suggestions about how to improve CricketAppPlay. You can submit feedback by emailing us at [email protected]. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant CricketAppPlay a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such feedback and suggestions in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
